Mass memory content is automatically flashed when flashing option is set to “Refurbish”. However, if content file matching with CTR is not found on location where data package is installed, Phoenix will display a warning message about missing content, i.e., “An optional file is missing. This file is:
5530_SW_xxxxxxx_xxx_4G_x.x.fpsx. Would you like to continue the flashing?” If you press “Yes”, flashing will continue without flashing mass memory content to the device. If you press “No”, flashing will stop. So it’s very important that all mass memory content files are installed into PC prior to flashing.

Note: all user data and settings will be erased during flashing when you select “Refurbish”.

Parts or assemblies affected
- All 5530XM devices

Mass memory content file is release as self executable zip file. The naming convention is 5530_SW_xxxxxxx_xxx_4G_x.x.exe.
