Many phones have been repaired due to suspected combo memory issues. However after analysis in R&D
and by the memory vendors it was seen that the issues were closely related to bad flashing.

If you receive a phone which exhibits symptoms associated with power faliures, for example dead, does not switch on, switches off, re-boots, resets, freezes. You should do a dead phone flash over USB.
