Introduction
HW ID of RM-491 has been changed, for phones having newer version of ASIC (D2800), to HW ID 0705 (or
newer). HW ID of a phone can be checked using Phoenix/Phone Info view.

Identification of fault or service case
In case that the phone freezes, powers off or makes a reset during Processor Stress Test, check HW ID of the phone using Phoenix. If the HW version is 0601 or 0701, and the phone does not pass the processor test, swap/light swap the module. The phones with HWID 0705 or newer are handled according to normal service procedure.
