5233 Removed Maps application from firmware 21.1.003 onwards

Nokia 5233 RM-625 was originally shipped with Ovi Maps (version 3.01), but due to a decision made by Nokia Management, the Maps application was removed in the latest firmware version of that device (version 21.1.003). In practice this means that users who upgrade the firmware on their Nokia 5233 to 21.1.003 (or later) can eventually lose the Maps application with the firmware update (consider exceptions noted below).

There are several versions of the Ovi Contacts application available for mobile device operating systems (S40, S60 3rd edition versions 3.0, 3.1 and 3.2, the S60 touch devices and the Nokia Internet Tablet OS 2008, also known as Maemo).
Note that the look & feel of the application is different on each supported OS version
The Ovi Contacts application installs as a separate application but integrates with the standard contacts application or phonebook on the device
Note that the Ovi Contacts application does not replace the current phone book or contacts application of the device
