INSTALATION NOTES:
1) Install using the setup.exe file
2) Copy the cracked DLL files from the cracked folder into the Program files/adobe/acrobat9.0/acrobat folder
3) copy the formdesigner.exe file to program files/adobe/acrobat9.0/designer8.2 folder
4) now the program is ready to be used
